About The Position

We are hiring a Growth Account Manager to expand existing customer accounts across the US defense and government market. This role is focused on building on existing engagement and turning it into revenue. You will take ownership of key accounts, develop a clear understanding of customer priorities, and identify where there is opportunity to deepen Hadean’s footprint. While this role includes elements of account management, it has a strong commercial focus. Success is measured by account growth alongside maintaining strong and trusted customer relationships. You will identify opportunities, help shape them into viable deals, and support their progression through to close. You will work closely with internal teams to align our capabilities with customer needs and ensure we are well positioned across relevant programs and initiatives. A key part of the role is connecting activity across an account, spotting where opportunities align, and building momentum. This is a focused, relationship-driven role. You will need to navigate complex organizations, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain credibility while driving commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and growing accounts in the US defense or government space
  • Proven ability to deliver net revenue growth within existing accounts
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on expansion and deal progression
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Ability to connect activity across an account to create momentum and drive growth
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • You understand how to identify expansion opportunities, build a case for them, and move them forward internally and externally.
  • You are proactive, organized, and able to manage longer sales cycles while maintaining momentum across multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a set of existing defense and government accounts
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within those accounts
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Drive expansion opportunities from early identification through to close
  • Maintain a clear view of account strategy, priorities, and pipeline
  • Align internal teams to support account growth and delivery
  • Identify connections across programs, teams, and initiatives to build momentum
  • Contribute to overall revenue growth within the US market
