The Role: We are hiring an Account Executive to grow Hadean’s presence across the US defense and government market. This is a hands-on sales role. You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, getting in front of the right people and working opportunities through to close. A big part of the job is knowing where we should be spending time and making sure we’re in the conversations that matter. You will work closely with senior leadership to extend our sales capability, taking ownership of early-stage engagements and supporting their progression into deals. That includes building new relationships, developing existing ones, and making sure Hadean is showing up in the right programs and discussions. This is not a high-volume sales role. It requires a thoughtful approach to navigating complex organizations, understanding how decisions are made, and building credibility with the right people. We are looking for someone who is proactive, well-connected, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy. You should be able to create opportunities, prioritize effectively and follow through to deliver results.
