The Group Services Manager is responsible for ensuring all events operate flawlessly in accordance with operational standards and BEO contracts. This role involves coordinating the setup and breakdown of all group services events, managing the cleanliness and presentation of event spaces, and maintaining a presence during events to handle any concerns professionally and timely. The manager also approves schedules for the group services team and collaborates with the culinary team on ongoing needs. This position follows the direction of the General Manager and F&B department head and is responsible for the training and evaluation of all group services team members.
