The Theater Manager is responsible for coordinating the theater's day-to-day operations to ensure guests have a comfortable, distraction-free, and picture-perfect experience. This role involves managing staffing levels for servers, bartenders, and runners based on business needs, overseeing labor hours, and providing training and supervision under the Director of Food and Beverage. The manager will conduct performance appraisals and ongoing performance management, ensuring associates receive regular feedback. Key duties include ensuring all opening and closing duties are completed, managing compliance with food and alcohol service certifications, and maintaining company standards for quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and maintenance. The role also involves implementing corrective actions for deficiencies and developing team members through performance management, coaching, counseling, and discipline to uphold STRIKE+REEL standards.
