About The Position

BRANCHES Staunton, a service of Liberty Point Behavioral Healthcare, LLC, is seeking a Group Coordinator (Patient Care Coordinator) to join their Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) team. This is a full-time opportunity offering full benefits, generous paid time off, and competitive pay. BRANCHES - Staunton, opened in early 2025, is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) catering to male and female adolescent patients, aged 11-17. They provide trauma-informed psychiatric treatment to youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, and educational difficulties. This intensive treatment opportunity is for youth in a secure and supportive environment, suitable for those stepping down from acute inpatient hospitalization or residential treatment, or for individuals needing more mental health support than traditional outpatient settings offer. The program is less restrictive than inpatient care and aids in the transition back to the community, home, and school. The primary focus at BRANCHES is on encouraging constructive change and personal growth, learning positive ways to get attention, improving behavior choices, emotional expression, problem-solving skills, and developing thinking patterns that support positive well-being. Liberty Point also operates a residential treatment center (RTC) for adolescent males aged 12-17 with psychiatric disorders and co-occurring intellectual disabilities, specializing in young men diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
