About The Position

River’s Bend is seeking a PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) Therapist for its West Bloomfield location. The therapist provides structured mental health treatment to individuals who require intensive support but do not need inpatient care. The role includes conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help patients manage mental health conditions and make progress in a supportive environment.

The therapist conducts thorough assessments and individual, family, marital, and group sessions for mental health and addiction clients, including IOP and PHP services. The role may span multiple levels of care, including individual therapy, IOP, and the Partial Hospitalization Program. Administrative support and mentoring are available, as well as supervision necessary for licensure. New and experienced master’s-level therapists are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD.
• Fully licensed as an LMSW or LPC; limited licenses (LLMSW or LLPC) may be considered based on experience.
• Ability to use an electronic health record system, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work some evenings.

Responsibilities
