About The Position

The Group Clinical Director will lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. This role involves overseeing patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. The Director will provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals is key to ensuring comprehensive, compassionate care. The role also focuses on fostering a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Experience in leadership and management of clinical teams
  • Proficiency in ABA therapy services
  • Knowledge of patient assessment and treatment plan development
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health
  • Ability to train and support staff
  • Skills in monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to foster a culture of teamwork and professional development
