About The Position
Foxwood Springs is hiring a full-time, year-round Groundskeeper at its retirement community in Raymore, Missouri. The role maintains the buildings and grounds so the community is presented positively to residents and guests. Duties include lawn care, landscaping, and snow and ice removal where applicable. Foxwood Springs describes its community as small enough for familiar faces and large enough to offer a range of experiences. Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- At least one year of landscaping and groundskeeping experience.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily upkeep of buildings and grounds to present the community in a positive and impressive manner to residents and guests.
- Perform lawn care and landscaping.
- Remove snow and ice where applicable.
