CDL Driver (Year Round)

About The Position

EverGRO is hiring a full-time, year-round CDL Driver to support its Energy division and local customers. The position transports propane, refined fuels, lubricants, heating oils, and other products. The driver will also be trained to support the Agronomy division by applying products to customers’ fields and pastures, and by helping transport bulk materials to and from locations. Routes are local, and drivers return home daily. This hourly position is eligible for overtime and offers biweekly incentives based on delivery performance, with additional incentives for obtaining or holding Hazmat, tanker, or other endorsements.

Requirements

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class A or Class B.
Able and willing to work overtime and/or Saturdays during peak seasonal needs.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
A proactive problem-solving attitude.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with basic software or tools to track deliveries and manage inventory is beneficial.
Hazmat, tanker, or other endorsements are incentivized.

Responsibilities
