Pathway Intern: Year Round

GenWealth Financial Advisors•Bryant, AR

About The Position

The Pathway Internship is a year-round program beginning in the summer between the intern’s junior and senior years of college. Interns must be willing to continue working during their senior year. The program develops skills progressively, from foundational office and administrative support to advanced advisor projects, with interns working closely with the department that reflects their future goals. Interns support office readiness and the client experience, learn company software and systems, and work with departments such as I.T., Client Services, and Client Experience. Depending on experience and internship path, work may include administrative support, client meeting documentation, financial-process exposure, planning-software data entry, and more advanced advisor projects. As the company grows and staffing needs arise, interns may have the opportunity to change roles through an internal interview process.
