About The Position

EverGRO is hiring a full-time, year-round CDL Driver in Orange to support its Energy division and local customers. The role involves transporting propane, refined fuels, lubricants, heating oils, and other products on local routes, with drivers returning home daily. Drivers will also receive training to support the Agronomy division by applying products to customers’ fields and pastures and helping transport bulk materials to and from locations. The position is hourly and includes biweekly incentives based on delivery performance. Incentives are available for obtaining or holding HazMat, tanker, or other endorsements.

Requirements

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class A or Class B.
Able and willing to work overtime and/or Saturdays during peak seasonal needs.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive problem-solving attitude.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with basic software or tools for tracking deliveries and managing inventory is beneficial.
HazMat, tanker, or other endorsements, or willingness to obtain them; incentives are provided for holding or obtaining endorsements.

Responsibilities
