About The Position

Weinstein Properties is hiring a Groundskeeper for Bexley 3Five in South Austin. The company owns and manages more than 60 apartment communities across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia, and emphasizes hands-on daily operations and customer experience. The Groundskeeper helps keep the community clean, attractive, and welcoming. The role suits a reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated person who takes pride in their work. Weinstein Properties provides training and encourages team members who are willing to learn to grow into maintenance or other roles.

The work includes recurring outdoor cleanup and property-care duties, including picking up litter, cleaning pet waste stations, and trashing out apartments. The Groundskeeper may also take on light painting, housekeeping, and maintenance support tasks. This is a physically demanding outdoor role involving prolonged standing and walking, frequent lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 50 pounds or more, use of hand tools and equipment, and work in potentially inclement weather throughout the year. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Keep the apartment community clean, attractive, and welcoming.
• Pick up litter and clean pet waste stations as recurring daily tasks.
• Trash out apartments and perform other necessary cleanup duties.
• Perform light painting and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Support maintenance and leasing teams and assist with maintenance tasks as needed.
• Plant, weed, and maintain outdoor spaces.
• Use hand tools and operate equipment, including backpack blowers, power washers, golf carts, and trailers.
