About The Position

The Grocery Clerk helps keep the grocery area well maintained and operating efficiently. This role provides customer service as a first point of contact for grocery-related information, assists customers in locating items, and supports store needs across different areas. The clerk works as a friendly team player and helps ensure products are fresh, organized, and available to customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk continuously throughout the shift while moving around the store and handling merchandise.
• Ability to stand continuously throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Grocery or produce experience.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and organize items on shelves.
• Provide exceptional service and ensure the freshest product is available to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and help customers locate items throughout the store.
• Receive product deliveries and verify the accuracy of items.
• Maintain clean shelves, racks, and store aisles.
• Help in any area as needed to support store needs.
