About The Position

The Maintenance position at Los Altos Ranch Markets performs custodial and basic maintenance duties to help keep store premises clean, safe, and presentable for customers and team members. The role includes routine cleaning and maintenance, promptly responding to spills and hazards, and following health, safety, sanitation regulations, and company procedures. The employee may also support other store areas as business needs require.

Work takes place in an office and retail-store environment, where noise may range from quiet to loud. Schedules may vary with business needs and may include overnight shifts. The position requires travel to company locations as needed and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. • Respond promptly to spills, debris, and potential hazards throughout the store.
• Follow applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance activity logs as required.
• Provide support in other areas of the store as needed to meet business needs.
• Drive and travel to all company locations as required.
