About The Position
The Maintenance position is responsible for performing custodial and basic maintenance duties to help ensure store premises remain clean, safe, and presentable for customers and team members. The role includes customer service, routine cleaning and maintenance, responding to spills and hazards, complying with health and safety procedures, maintaining activity logs, and supporting other store areas as needed. Work schedules may vary based on business needs and may include overnight shifts. The work environment is typical of an office and retail store, with noise levels ranging from quiet to loud. The employee must be able to drive and travel to all company locations as required.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to help maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store interior and exterior.
- Respond promptly to spills, debris, and potential hazards throughout the store.
- Follow applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain cleaning and maintenance activity logs as required.
- Provide support in other areas of the store as needed to meet business needs.
