About The Position

The Grocery Clerk helps maintain an efficient, well-organized grocery area and serves as a customer contact by providing information and assistance. The role calls for a friendly team player who supports store needs, including helping in other areas when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk continuously throughout the shift while moving about the store and handling merchandise.
• Ability to stand continuously throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Grocery or produce experience.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and organize items on shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the freshest product is available to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and help customers locate items throughout the store.
• Receive product deliveries and ensure item accuracy.
• Maintain clean shelves, racks, and store aisles.
• Help in any area as needed to support store needs.
