About The Position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a Grill Cook to prepare meal items accurately to specification and contribute to a team serving a menu that includes soups, salads, and sandwiches made with whole ingredients. The role calls for a can-do attitude, confidence working quickly, and the ability to multitask, learn from mistakes, and help other departments proactively.

Shifts vary according to customer traffic and time of year. They may begin as early as 7 a.m. and end as late as 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The position requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities to sit. Essential job functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal food-handler and sanitation regulations.
