About The Position

Picasso Restaurant Group is hiring a dependable, experienced Grill Cook for the Pavilion River Cafe inside Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The role involves preparing fresh, quality breakfast and lunch items to order in a fast-paced kitchen. Two shifts are available within the cafe’s Monday–Friday operating hours of 6:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items to order.
• Operate the grill and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with food preparation, restocking, and kitchen closing duties.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
