Responsibilities

Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude.
Operate within Rafferty’s Teamwork Service System at all times.
Assist guests, management, and fellow associates as instructed.
Assume responsibility for guests’ quality experience.
Project an outgoing and friendly personality.
Communicate professionally, courteously, and effectively in person and by telephone.
Comply with company policies, procedures, equipment usage requirements, and service standards.
Maintain complete knowledge of products and services and communicate that knowledge as needed.
Stock and maintain sufficient products and supplies for efficient service.
Maintain clean and sanitary workstations, including dining and guest areas.
Comply with company food safety and personal safety guidelines.
Complete required tasks within assigned time frames.
Assist with maintenance, cleanliness, and other duties as assigned.
Follow opening, closing, and ongoing cleanliness procedures.
Handle money responsibly, accurately, and efficiently.
