About The Position
Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a greeter to welcome guests and support a positive dining experience at Eat'n Park. The greeter promptly acknowledges guests, uses provided tools to stay organized and seat guests, presents menus, and suggests food items as directed by management. The role also involves watching for guest concerns and notifying management when an issue needs resolution, along with other tasks assigned by a supervisor. Candidates should work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed. The position requires standing and/or walking throughout the workday, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and frequent lifting up to 20 pounds. Requirements
- Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
- Stand and/or walk 100% of the time.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift up to 20 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge guests immediately with a friendly greeting.
- Use provided tools to stay organized and seat guests.
- Present guests with a menu and suggest food items as identified by management.
- Observe guest reactions, acknowledge problems, and alert management when an issue needs resolution.
- Perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
- Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
