About The Position

Rafferty’s Restaurant & Bar is hiring Greeters for its full-service restaurant. The role works in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and focuses on welcoming and assisting guests, maintaining a positive attitude, and supporting the restaurant’s service standards and team. Greeters are expected to communicate courteously and professionally, maintain clean and sanitary guest areas, and handle money accurately and responsibly.

Responsibilities

Maintain a guest-focused approach and a positive attitude.
Operate within Rafferty’s Teamwork Service System.
Assist guests, management, and fellow associates as instructed.
Take responsibility for guests’ quality experience.
Project an outgoing and friendly personality.
Communicate professionally, courteously, and effectively in person and by telephone.
Comply with company policies, procedures, equipment usage requirements, and service standards.
Maintain complete knowledge of products and services.
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of products and supplies for efficient service.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, dining room, and guest areas.
Comply with company Food Safety and Personal Safety guidelines.
Complete required tasks within assigned time frames.
Assist with maintenance, cleanliness, and other duties as assigned.
Follow opening, closing, and ongoing cleanliness procedures.
Handle money responsibly, accurately, and efficiently.
