About the position

The job overview for the Graphic Designer position at Rise Interactive is to develop and execute the creative strategy and assets for the agency, with the goal of driving new business. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and goal-oriented assets in various mediums, tailored to Rise's target audiences and marketing activations. They will lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, and will have a solid knowledge of the latest technologies and design trends. The Graphic Designer will report to the Associate Director of Content Marketing and will collaborate with cross-department leaders to shape and improve team processes and deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day creative asset strategy aligned with Rise's new business goal
  • Understand Rise's business objectives, brand, consumer, and competitive landscape
  • Use data, best practices, and understanding of marketing goals to inform creative direction
  • Ensure consistent use of the Rise brand tone and voice
  • Own brand style guide, DAM, and partner with the Sales team to approve branded asset templates
  • Deep understanding of the design process including concept, creation, revision, and production
  • Strong visual design sense: typography, color, usability, and other design principles
  • Craft creation of various content types including videos, digital marketing campaigns, organic social, sales enablement, landing pages, infographics, webinars, and event assets
  • Perform photo retouching and enhancements as necessary
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in digital advertising
  • Ability to research and learn emerging technologies
  • Manage relationship with third-party video vendors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to vi
