About The Position

As part of Computacenter’s Global GPS Program and Change team, the GPS Project Manager Senior will drive strategic global GPS initiatives and help ensure they deliver tangible business impact. The role focuses not only on project delivery, but also on making change effective and sustainable across markets. The position works across People, Organisation, Process and Technology workstreams and involves supporting cross-country initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and helping shape solutions and approaches.

The role offers exposure to international teams, senior stakeholders and a broad CC network, and the opportunity to take on increasing project and change responsibilities over time, with development toward a Senior Project Manager role. Annual compensation is $125,000–$160,000 USD.

Requirements

• Experience working on complex projects or initiatives, ideally in international environments.
• Ability to work across multiple dimensions of change, including people, process and technology.
• Proven experience structuring and managing workstreams or projects.
• Strong self-organising and communication skills.
• Comfort working in dynamic and evolving environments.
• Interest in organisational change and transformation.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and contribute to alignment.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how delivery supports business value.
• Positive, can-do attitude and drive to influence beyond the formal role.
• Business-level English.

Responsibilities

• Bring structure and transparency to initiatives, ensuring progress and alignment.
• Support and manage cross-country GPS initiatives with clear deliverables.
• Contribute to ensuring initiatives deliver outcomes.
• Work across People, Organisation, Process and Technology workstreams.
• Engage and influence key stakeholders through clear communication and by addressing ambiguity.
• Drive behavioral change and adoption together with the change enablement team.
• Help shape solutions and approaches, rather than only executing defined plans.
