About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Gourmet Food Runner at The Mayfair Supper Club is to deliver exceptional, high-energy guest service through the precise and timely delivery of culinary orders, proactive table maintenance, and elevated dining room support. This role is also responsible for maintaining pristine station presentation, completing essential side work, and collaborating closely with the front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure seamless service execution.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age or older
• Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required

Nice To Haves

• 4+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (Working in a similar gourmet restaurant) preferred
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Fine dining experience
• Knowledgeable of all menu items, prices, preparation method and time, major ingredients and quality standards of taste, appearance, texture, serving temperature, portion size, garnish and method of presentation
• Be familiar with all hotel services, features and local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
