These new outlets will showcase a variety of culinary concepts and elevated cocktail moments enhanced by live entertainment. As a part of this landmark expansion, you will help to bring these captivating new outlets to life. • Required to work varying schedules, including holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized bar experience to every guest, bringing craft, confidence and discretion to each interaction while maintaining a safe and immaculate environment throughout their shift.
• Keep the bar area pristine and impeccably presented at all times, in accordance with food safety guidelines and the requirements of the local health department.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout their shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally.
• Handle specific and discerning requests from guests, including bespoke cocktails, rare spirits, dietary restrictions, and special occasions, with deep knowledge and quiet professionalism.
• Prevent and correct imperfections and blemishes, and report them to work with other positions to correct.
• Maintain seamless communication with the service team, management, and the extended hotel team to ensure every aspect of the guest experience is perfectly aligned.
• Represent The Beverly Hills Hotel with pride, always upholding the principles, goals and policies of The Beverly Hills Hotel Pledge.
