Requirements

Responsibilities
- Ensuring the bar is fully stocked at all times, including glassware, wine, beer, soda, water, juices, ice and garnishes.
- Assisting with weekly inventory, keeping track of what is needed and helping to put stock away upon delivery, ensuring the bar is always impeccably organized and supplied.
- Handling guest requests involving dietary restrictions, drink and garnish preferences, and special occasions with attentiveness and discretion.
- Reporting and working with other positions to correct imperfections and blemishes.
- Maintaining open communication with the bar team, service staff, and the extended hotel team.
- Upholding the principles, goals and policies of The Beverly Hills Hotel Pledge.
