Google Pixel Sales Specialist (Verizon Partner Store)
About The Position
Mosaic is hiring a self-driven Google Pixel Sales Specialist to grow Google Pixel device and ecosystem sales in a dedicated Verizon retail store. The specialist serves as an in-store brand ambassador and product expert, actively engaging customers and selling Pixel smartphones, watches, earbuds, and accessories. They also help Verizon associates build confidence and effectiveness in selling Pixel products, multiplying the role’s impact across the sales floor. The position is a contract role ending January 8, 2027, with a stated start of ASAP. Compensation includes a competitive guaranteed salary, cash spiffs for qualifying Pixel device and accessory sales, and bonuses tied to weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales benchmarks. The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and an employee-owned vehicle to transport equipment that fits in a standard trunk.
Requirements
- A strong sales background and a track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
- Self-motivation, initiative, urgency, and the ability to work without close supervision.
- A competitive mindset and motivation by performance metrics and sales leaderboards.
- High energy, approachability, confidence in engaging customers, ability to overcome objections, and closing skills.
- Ability to teach and inspire others and work with Verizon staff to increase Pixel sales.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Own vehicle for transporting equipment that fits in a standard trunk.

- Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of increasing Pixel device and ecosystem sales in the store.
- Approach and engage customers to sell Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Build relationships with Verizon store associates and coach them on selling Pixel products.
- Conduct product huddles and shadow Verizon associates to support their Pixel sales.
- Demonstrate Google Pixel features, including AI features, to customers and staff.
- Assist Verizon representatives with converting customers interested in Android devices.
- Keep the Google Pixel display area clean, fully functional, and visually prominent.
- Promote current Google offers and maintain an energetic, brand-focused store environment.
