About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist takes ownership of growing Google Pixel device and ecosystem sales inside a dedicated Verizon retail store. The specialist actively engages customers and sells Pixel smartphones, watches, earbuds, and accessories, while pursuing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. They also act as the store’s Pixel expert and brand ambassador, helping Verizon associates build confidence and skill in pitching Pixel products through coaching, product huddles, shadowing, and team selling. The role includes demonstrating Google AI features, maintaining a pristine and functional Pixel display, and keeping the store focused on current promotions.

This is a contract position starting as soon as possible and ending January 8, 2027. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, immediate cash bonuses for qualifying device and accessory sales, and additional bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales benchmarks. The specialist must be able to lift 50 pounds and have a personal vehicle to transport equipment that fits in a standard trunk.

Requirements

• Strong sales background with a history of exceeding quotas and key performance indicators.
• Self-motivated, urgent, and proactive, with the ability to work without close supervision.
• Competitive and driven by performance metrics and sales results.
• High energy, approachable, and confident approaching customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
• Ability to teach and inspire Verizon staff to help increase Pixel sales.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of increasing Pixel device and ecosystem sales in the store.
• Engage customers on the retail floor and sell Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Verizon associates and coach them through product huddles and shadowing so they can sell Pixel products confidently.
• Serve as the store’s Google Pixel expert and demonstrate AI features to customers and staff.
• Assist Verizon representatives with converting sales when customers show interest in Android devices.
• Keep the Google Pixel display pristine, fully functional, and visually prominent.
• Maintain an energetic store environment focused on current Google promotions.
