About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist owns Google Pixel sales and ecosystem growth within a dedicated Verizon retail store. The specialist directly engages customers to sell Pixel smartphones, watches, earbuds, and accessories, while serving as the store’s Pixel expert and brand ambassador. The role also supports Verizon associates through coaching, product huddles, demonstrations, and team selling to strengthen their ability to sell Pixel products. The specialist maintains the Pixel display and promotes current Google promotions. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, per-sale cash bonuses for qualifying devices and accessories, and additional bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales benchmarks. This is a contract position beginning as soon as possible and ending January 8, 2027.

Requirements

• Proven sales background with a track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• High initiative and urgency, with the ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Competitive drive and motivation by performance metrics and sales rankings.
• Strong customer approach, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
• Ability to teach and inspire others to increase Pixel sales.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment; equipment fits in a standard trunk.

Nice To Haves

• Wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the store.
• Approach and engage customers to sell Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Verizon store associates and coach them on selling Pixel products.
• Conduct product huddles and shadow Verizon associates to support their Pixel sales.
• Demonstrate Google Pixel features, including AI features, to customers and staff.
• Assist Verizon representatives with converting sales when customers express interest in Android devices.
• Maintain a clean, functional, and visually prominent Google Pixel display area.
• Promote current Google offers within the store.
