Google Pixel Sales Specialist (Verizon Partner Store)
About The Position
Mosaic is hiring a Google Pixel Sales Specialist to maximize Google Pixel sales within a dedicated Verizon retail store. The specialist serves as an in-store brand ambassador, selling Pixel devices and accessories directly to customers while helping Verizon associates build confidence and skill in selling the Google Pixel ecosystem. The role focuses on meeting and exceeding sales quotas, demonstrating Pixel features, and maintaining a strong brand presence on the retail floor. This is a contract position ending January 8, 2027, with an ASAP start. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, cash spiffs for qualifying Pixel device and accessory sales, and bonuses tied to weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales benchmarks. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and using a personal vehicle to transport equipment that fits in a standard trunk.
Requirements
- Demonstrated sales experience and a track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without close supervision.
- Competitive and driven by sales metrics and performance goals.
- High-energy, approachable, and confident engaging customers, addressing objections, and closing sales.
- Ability to coach and motivate others.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment; equipment fits in a standard trunk.

- Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of increasing Pixel device and ecosystem sales in the store.
- Approach and engage customers to sell Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Build relationships with Verizon associates, coach them, lead product huddles, and shadow them to encourage Pixel sales.
- Serve as the in-store Google Pixel expert and demonstrate product and AI features to customers and staff.
- Assist Verizon representatives in converting customers interested in Android devices.
- Keep the Google Pixel display area clean, functional, and visually prominent.
- Promote current Google offers and maintain an energetic, brand-focused store environment.
