About The Position
The Google Pixel Sales Specialist takes ownership of Google Pixel sales and brand presence inside a dedicated Verizon retail store. The role focuses on maximizing sales of Pixel smartphones and the wider Google ecosystem by engaging customers, meeting and exceeding sales quotas, and acting as the store’s Pixel product expert. The specialist also coaches Verizon associates so they can confidently recommend Pixel products, and maintains the Pixel display and promotional presence. Compensation includes a competitive guaranteed salary, immediate cash bonuses for qualifying Pixel device and accessory sales, and additional bonuses tied to weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales benchmarks. This is a contract position beginning ASAP and ending January 8, 2027.
Requirements
- A documented history of exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- High initiative, urgency, and ability to work without close supervision.
- Competitive, performance-driven approach to sales.
- Strong customer approach, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Ability to coach and inspire others.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment; equipment fits in a standard trunk.

Responsibilities
- Increase Google Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the store.
- Engage customers on the sales floor and sell Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Build relationships with Verizon store associates and coach them on selling Pixel products.
- Conduct product huddles and shadow Verizon associates to support their Pixel sales.
- Demonstrate Google Pixel features, including AI features, to customers and staff.
- Assist Verizon representatives with sales when customers express interest in Android devices.
- Keep the Google Pixel display area clean, functional, and visually prominent.
- Promote current Google promotions in the store.
