Google Pixel Sales Specialist (Verizon Partner Store)
About The Position
Mosaic is hiring a Google Pixel Sales Specialist to drive Pixel device and ecosystem sales within a dedicated Verizon retail store. The specialist will actively engage customers, sell Pixel smartphones, watches, earbuds, and accessories, and meet or exceed sales quotas. They will also serve as the store’s Pixel expert and brand ambassador, coaching Verizon associates, demonstrating product features, assisting with team sales, and maintaining the Pixel display and promotional presence. The role offers a guaranteed base salary, cash bonuses for qualifying device and accessory sales, and additional bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales benchmarks. It is a contract position ending January 8, 2027, with a start date described as ASAP. The specialist must be able to lift 50 pounds and have a personal vehicle capable of transporting equipment.
Requirements
- Strong sales background and a track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without close supervision.
- Competitive and motivated by performance metrics and sales results.
- High energy, approachable, and confident in engaging customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
- Able to coach and inspire others.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment.

- Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of increasing Pixel device and ecosystem sales in the store.
- Approach and engage customers to sell Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Build relationships with Verizon store associates and coach them on selling Pixel products.
- Conduct product huddles and shadow Verizon associates to help them sell Pixel devices.
- Demonstrate Google Pixel features, including AI features, to customers and staff.
- Assist Verizon representatives in converting Android-device sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, functional, and prominent Google Pixel display area.
- Keep the store energized and focused on current Google promotions.
