About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist takes ownership of Google Pixel sales and brand presence inside a dedicated Verizon retail store. The role focuses on maximizing sales of Pixel devices and the broader Google ecosystem by engaging customers, promoting Pixel smartphones, watches, earbuds, and accessories, and meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

The specialist also serves as the store’s Pixel expert and brand ambassador, coaching Verizon associates, conducting product huddles, demonstrating Pixel features, and assisting with Android-device sales. The role includes maintaining the Pixel display and keeping the store focused on current Google promotions. It is a contract position ending January 8, 2027, with a competitive guaranteed salary, per-sale cash incentives, and bonuses tied to sales benchmarks.

Requirements

• Strong sales background with a demonstrated history of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without micromanagement.
• Competitive and motivated by performance metrics and sales targets.
• High-energy, approachable, and confident when engaging customers, addressing objections, and closing sales.
• Able to teach and inspire others and work with Verizon staff to increase Pixel sales.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment; the equipment fits in a standard trunk.

Nice To Haves

• Wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Google Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the store.
• Approach and engage customers to sell Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Verizon store associates and coach them on selling Pixel products.
• Conduct product huddles and shadow Verizon associates to support their Pixel sales efforts.
• Demonstrate Pixel features, including AI features, to customers and staff.
• Assist Verizon representatives in converting sales when customers show interest in Android devices.
• Maintain a clean, fully functional, and visually prominent Google Pixel display area.
• Promote current Google promotions within the store.
