About The Position

Topgolf is seeking a fun-loving, dedicated and caring Golf Services Associate to help create an exceptional experience for Players and fellow Playmakers in a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. The role is part-time and involves welcoming and assisting Players, providing information about the venue and gameplay, helping with golf equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized, safe and inviting guest services area. Associates are expected to bring a positive attitude, work as part of a team, focus on Players, and embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring.

This is an active role that requires being on your feet for most of the shift, walking throughout the venue, and regularly handling physical tasks. Associates may lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels. Prior hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but is not required.

• Ability to keep up with a variety of physical tasks and maintain pace during long shifts in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Players with check-in and reservations, providing information they need to get started.
• Explain the venue, gameplay and current promotions to help Players make the most of their visit.
• Assist Players with golf clubs and equipment.
• Keep the venue clean, organized and inviting, including tidying the retail area and offering helpful guidance and recommendations.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the guest services area clean, safe and compliant.
• Demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring in interactions with Players and fellow Playmakers.
