About The Position

Topgolf is seeking a fun-loving, dedicated team member to help deliver an exceptional experience for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. The Golf Services Associate welcomes and assists Players with check-in and reservations, explains the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, and helps Players choose appropriate golf clubs and equipment. The role also helps keep the venue clean, organized, inviting, safe, and compliant with sanitation standards, while living Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

This is an active position that involves being on your feet for most of the day, walking throughout the venue, and handling a variety of physical tasks. The Associate may lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels, and must be comfortable bending, stooping, and sustaining effort in a high-volume environment. Hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, but is not required.

• Ability to sustain activity and keep up the pace during long shifts and in a high-volume working environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Players with check-in and reservations, providing the information they need to begin their visit.
• Explain the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help Players make the most of their visit.
• Assist Players with golf clubs and equipment and help them get the appropriate gear.
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including tidying the retail area and offering helpful guidance and recommendations.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant.
• Demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring in interactions with Players and fellow Playmakers.
