About The Position

The Golf Services Associate welcomes and assists players with check-in and reservations, provides information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, and helps players select and use golf clubs and equipment. The role also involves keeping the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including tidying the retail area and offering helpful guidance and recommendations. Associates follow safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant guest services area. They are expected to embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring while supporting an exceptional player experience and a supportive environment for fellow Playmakers. This is an active, high-volume role involving frequent movement and physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds and golf bags across multiple floor levels.

Ability to sustain physical activity and keep up the pace during long shifts or extended tasks.
