Access is building a modern go-to-market engine that turns customer data, market signals, intent, and relationship intelligence into prioritized opportunities and coordinated action across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The Go-To-Market Intelligence Engineer owns the intelligence and automation layer of this model. This is a builder role focused on translating commercial problems into working, measurable GTM solutions—not a system-administration role. The role does not own the underlying CRM, data warehouse, marketing automation, or integration platforms. Instead, it partners with IT, Enterprise Data, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and platform owners to onboard tools, define requirements, configure capabilities, and deploy workflows. It owns commercial use cases, business logic, configuration requirements, workflow design, and performance measurement, but not CRM or marketing automation administration, data warehouse or integration-platform ownership, core data engineering, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, or production infrastructure. The successful candidate will build and improve account and opportunity intelligence, design and launch coordinated GTM plays, activate data and signals, and measure the impact of workflows on pipeline, bookings, revenue, and productivity. The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, IT, Enterprise Data, and Product, and supports platform onboarding, testing, deployment, adoption, and vendor implementation. First-year priorities include establishing the GTM intelligence roadmap; launching account-prioritization and opportunity-sizing models; operationalizing intent, compelling-event, and relationship signals; building an initial portfolio of automated GTM plays; embedding prioritized actions into frontline workflows; establishing closed-loop performance measurement; and demonstrating measurable impact on pipeline, bookings, and productivity. The ideal candidate is a commercially oriented builder with technical fluency in workflow design, data analysis, automation configuration, and partnership with IT. They can identify high-value commercial problems, define the required intelligence, build workflow logic, coordinate deployment, and demonstrate whether a solution improved revenue performance.
