Growth Go-to-Market Engineer

Chainalysis
•$90,000 - $155,000

About The Position

Chainalysis is seeking a Growth Go-to-Market Engineer to build and scale workflows, systems, and outbound strategies that help Sales teams engage the right customers at the right time. This is a hands-on builder role—not a traditional demand generation or marketing operations position—and covers the full lifecycle of growth plays, from opportunity identification and hypothesis development to workflow creation, experimentation, and measurable commercial impact. The role combines growth marketing, account-based strategy, data enrichment, AI, and sales enablement. Working directly with Sales, the Growth Go-to-Market Engineer identifies promising markets, uncovers buying signals, maps buying committees, and turns these insights into targeted outbound plays. The role uses Clay, AI, and connected data workflows to provide sellers with useful context and tools for engaging prospects. Success requires strong marketing judgment, technical curiosity, hands-on workflow-building experience, and the ability to connect automation to commercial outcomes. The position also collaborates with RevOps and other marketing teams, measures performance, maintains research quality, and turns successful experiments into reusable workflows and play templates. Chainalysis describes AI as a new way of working and expects employees to take ownership of AI-generated output and its quality. Employees are expected to build their AI capabilities, experiment with provided tools and workflows, and collaborate to improve how work gets done.
