About The Position

GDI is hiring a GM Cleaner in Grand Rapids. The role involves cleaning and maintaining assigned facility areas, including floors, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, windows, glass partitions, and equipment. The cleaner replenishes consumable supplies, follows safety and sanitation procedures, and reports maintenance or repair needs to a supervisor. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors in assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and equipment.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to a supervisor.
• Perform other duties as needed.
