About The Position

The Sales Specialist is an integral part of the Greyson Clothiers team. This position goes beyond typical retail responsibilities; it is centered on building genuine connections with our customers and engaging with the community. The Specialist will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that our store acts as a vibrant hub for customer interaction, events, and unique retail experiences. This is more about selling clothes, it's about creating a memorable experience in our Grand Rapids den.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, building authentic relationships to understand and meet their needs.

• Monitor sales floor inventory to ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Accurately enter and process customer orders, maintaining attention to detail.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints proactively and professionally.
• Assist with daily operational needs, demonstrating dependability and readiness to contribute to the team.
