About The Position

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Global Product Manager – M&J Valves to drive the strategy, growth, profitability, and long-term direction of the M&J Valves product line. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for defining product strategy, shaping technology roadmaps, identifying new market opportunities, and leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and R&D. Requirements

Proven technical and commercial experience with isolation valve technologies in liquid pipeline applications.
Strategic product leadership experience within valves, flow control, oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, or related industrial sectors.
Demonstrated success developing and executing product strategies, growth plans, pricing strategies, and product roadmaps.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing product profitability and business performance.
Ability to influence and lead across a global matrix organisation without direct authority.
Passion for innovation, growth, and developing products that solve complex customer challenges.
