About The Position

This internship/co-op position is for the Fall 2026 term, running from September 2026 to April 2027 (8 Months). The work hours are 37.5 per week. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned projects by assisting with planning, executing, tracking, and maintaining documentation.
• Prepare and distribute meeting documentation by capturing accurate notes, summarizing discussions, and tracking action items.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets to support project work, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Validate data for accuracy and completeness, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues as needed.
• Recommend appropriate changes to policies, processes and procedures to assist with maximizing fraud loss avoidance, enhance the customer experience, and improve the productivity and efficiency of the Fraud Detection team.
