About The Position

The British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) is seeking an Application Delivery Co-op/Intern for the Fall 2026 (September to December) work term to support the Technology team. Requirements

  • Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between diverse teams and build strong working relationships
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, across all levels of the organization including technical teams, management, and business stakeholders
  • Curiosity to identify process improvement opportunities, dig deeper, and come up with creative ideas
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as an understanding of Agile values, principles, and best practices
  • Experience or understanding of change management processes to support teams during transitions
  • Experience or interest in organizing, preparing materials for, and facilitating Agile training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions
  • Ability to create and maintain clear, structured documentation such as user stories, release plans, and retrospectives
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and an interest in learning how to administer and optimize them for delivery teams
  • Legally authorized to work in the country where this job is located

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or similar dashboard and automation tools

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with delivery leads, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams to design, execute, and continuously improve Agile transformation strategies and practices
  • Facilitate and coach individuals and teams through workshops, training sessions, brainstorming, and goal-setting activities
  • Build and maintain dashboards, automations, and the Atlassian suite to support effective delivery across teams
  • Create and maintain Agile and Delivery Practice documentation, including user stories, release plans, and retrospectives
  • Shadow experienced professionals and participate in Communities of Practice, and learning events to stay current on industry trends
