Application Delivery Co-op/ Internship (Fall 2026)
About The Position
The British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) is seeking an Application Delivery Co-op/Intern for the Fall 2026 (September to December) work term to support the Technology team. Requirements
- Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between diverse teams and build strong working relationships
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, across all levels of the organization including technical teams, management, and business stakeholders
- Curiosity to identify process improvement opportunities, dig deeper, and come up with creative ideas
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as an understanding of Agile values, principles, and best practices
- Experience or understanding of change management processes to support teams during transitions
- Experience or interest in organizing, preparing materials for, and facilitating Agile training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions
- Ability to create and maintain clear, structured documentation such as user stories, release plans, and retrospectives
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and an interest in learning how to administer and optimize them for delivery teams
- Legally authorized to work in the country where this job is located

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or similar dashboard and automation tools
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with delivery leads, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams to design, execute, and continuously improve Agile transformation strategies and practices
- Facilitate and coach individuals and teams through workshops, training sessions, brainstorming, and goal-setting activities
- Build and maintain dashboards, automations, and the Atlassian suite to support effective delivery across teams
- Create and maintain Agile and Delivery Practice documentation, including user stories, release plans, and retrospectives
- Shadow experienced professionals and participate in Communities of Practice, and learning events to stay current on industry trends
