About The Position

The Global Marketing Director, Oncology serves as a strategic thought partner to brand and cross-functional teams and independently owns the integrated insight agenda for a pipeline asset, brand, or disease area. The role generates business-relevant insights to inform global commercialization planning, brand strategy, lifecycle management, and critical decisions. For peri-launch products, including IMDELLTRA® (tarlatamab), this role drives strategy and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include maximizing asset value in key indications, providing commercial guidance and vision, developing global launch strategies, identifying lifecycle management opportunities, enhancing the customer experience and competitive position, and optimizing marketing budgets. For IMDELLTRA®, which is being developed for extensive- and limited-stage small-cell lung cancer, the role provides commercial leadership to the development organization so the compound is developed with future markets in mind and in parallel with late-stage indications. The Director works with oncology leaders to incorporate insights from marketed thoracic oncology products and other peri-launch assets into IMDELLTRA® commercial strategy. The role also partners with the integrated brand team and selected local-country brand working groups to incorporate local market insights and support Global-with-Local engagements, including launch readiness plans.
