About The Position

Ophthalmology Consultants is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible, fellowship-trained Glaucoma Surgeon to join its established and growing ophthalmology practice in St. Louis, Missouri. The position offers an opportunity to join a high-volume glaucoma practice with immediate medical and surgical demand, an established patient base, and a strong regional referral network. The surgeon will build a busy medical and surgical practice with support from established clinical and surgical infrastructure, experienced technicians, and a collaborative team of ophthalmologists and optometrists. The practice offers advanced medical and surgical glaucoma cases, MIGS and traditional glaucoma procedures, and cataract surgery and co-management opportunities. The role also provides opportunities for practice growth, leadership, mentorship, and long-term partnership. Requirements

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in ophthalmology.
Fellowship-trained in glaucoma.

Responsibilities

Provide medical and surgical glaucoma care.
Perform MIGS and traditional glaucoma procedures.
Participate in cataract surgery and co-management opportunities.
Develop and grow a busy glaucoma practice serving an established patient base and regional referral network.
Contribute to glaucoma services in collaboration with ophthalmologists, optometrists, technicians, and clinical support staff.
Participate in leadership and mentorship opportunities, as applicable.
