About The Position

Ophthalmology Consultants, part of EyeCare Partners, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained Glaucoma Surgeon to join its established and growing ophthalmology practice in St. Louis, Missouri. The role offers immediate clinical and surgical demand, an established patient base, and a strong regional referral network. The incoming surgeon will build a busy medical and surgical glaucoma practice within an established infrastructure. The opportunity includes medical and surgical glaucoma care, cataract surgery and co-management, advanced glaucoma cases, and MIGS and traditional glaucoma procedures. The surgeon will work with experienced technicians and clinical support staff as part of a collaborative team of ophthalmologists and optometrists. Practice growth, leadership and mentorship, and long-term partnership opportunities are available. Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology.
Fellowship-trained in glaucoma.

Responsibilities

Provide medical and surgical glaucoma care.
Perform glaucoma procedures, including MIGS and traditional procedures.
Provide cataract surgery and participate in co-management opportunities.
Build and grow a busy glaucoma practice within an established patient and referral network.
