About The Position

Ophthalmology Consultants is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible, fellowship-trained Glaucoma Surgeon to join its established and growing ophthalmology practice in St. Louis, Missouri. The role offers immediate clinical and surgical demand, an established patient base, and a strong regional referral network. The incoming surgeon will build a busy medical and surgical glaucoma practice using established infrastructure and clinical support. The opportunity includes glaucoma and cataract-related care, procedures ranging from MIGS to traditional glaucoma surgery, and the ability to grow and shape glaucoma services throughout the region. Leadership, mentorship, long-term partnership, and professional growth opportunities are also available. Requirements

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in ophthalmology.
Fellowship-trained in glaucoma.

Responsibilities

Provide medical and surgical glaucoma care to an established patient population.
Perform MIGS and traditional glaucoma procedures.
Provide cataract surgery and participate in co-management opportunities.
Develop and grow a busy glaucoma practice and help further develop regional glaucoma services.
Collaborate with ophthalmologists, optometrists, referring physicians, technicians, and clinical support staff.
Potentially take on leadership and mentorship responsibilities.
