About The Position

The Glass Install Helper for Construction Resources is responsible for installing various types of glass and mirrors, as well as handling glass, mirrors and enclosures, wire shelving, bath accessories, and door hardware. The position requires excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team with a Crew Leader. This is a full-time, hourly W-2 employee position, and overtime may be required as business needs dictate.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience in the construction or carpentry industry.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work in a team environment with a Crew Leader.
• Ability to cut and properly handle glass, mirrors, and enclosures, wire shelving, bath accessories, and door hardware.

Nice To Haves

• Prior glass work experience.

Responsibilities

• Load materials onto the truck, log them, and document returned materials.
• Read and erect shelving templates according to job specifications.
• Drill and install hardware accurately according to job specifications.
• Attach required hardware correctly according to job specifications.
• Install bath accessories, erect custom shelving units, and install mirrors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
