• Manage end-to-end customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Provide expert consultation and support for travelers navigating complex flight or accommodation itineraries.
• Resolve travel-related issues with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our industry-leading travel management systems.
• Collaborate with global travel partners to ensure high-quality service delivery for our German-speaking clientele.
• Contribute to team success by meeting and exceeding KPIs related to service quality and response times.
• Stay updated on international travel regulations and company policies to provide accurate, real-time advice.
