Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation).

Proficiency in basic computer applications and web-based reservation systems.
Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity.

Responsibilities

Provide world-class customer service to German-speaking clients managing vehicle rental reservations and travel logistics.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding rental terms, insurance options, and vehicle availability within the international travel industry.
Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with precision and professionalism.
Resolve complex customer issues effectively to ensure high satisfaction scores and loyalty in the travel sector.
Maintain detailed documentation of all rental interactions in the company database.
Collaborate with international offices to streamline vehicle logistics and fleet management processes.
Promote additional travel services and premium vehicle upgrades to enhance the customer experience.
